Check-in is from 3pm for all hostel rooms, and from 4pm for the 2-Bed Apartment. Check-out is by 11am. Late check-out may be possible on request — ask at reception the evening before.

We allow small, well-behaved pets in private rooms. Pets are not permitted in shared dorm rooms. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

We generally allow stays up to two consecutive weeks. If you need longer, please reach out — we love long-term guests and will do our best to accommodate you.

All rooms include free breakfast, high-speed WiFi, fresh linens, air conditioning, and USB charging. Towels are included in private rooms and the apartment suite — not in dorms. Private rooms also include toiletries.

The easiest option is the Aeroporto metro line direct to Baixa-Chiado (about 30 min). Taxis and rideshares are also readily available. We're happy to advise on the best route for you.

Absolutely. We offer female-only dorms (4-bed, 6-bed, and 10-bed options) with keycard-secured access and a 24-hour front desk, so there's always staff on hand. Our female dorms also come with dedicated makeup desks with lighted mirrors, hair dryers, and straighteners — so you have your own space to get ready for your days out in Lisbon. Many of our guests are solo travellers, and our packed experiences programme — from free walking tours and family dinners to day trips to Sintra — makes it easy to meet people from day one.

Yes, every dorm bed comes with a personal locker that locks with the keycard we provide at check-in — no need to bring a padlock. If you'd like extra security, you're welcome to add your own padlock as well.

Dorm beds start from €18/night in a mixed 8-bed room. Female-only dorms and smaller rooms (4-bed) start from around €22/night. Private rooms start from €55/night. Prices vary by season — booking direct on our website guarantees the best rate.

We're a social hostel, not a party hostel. We have several lounge spaces for socialising, and our events (pub crawls, family dinners, boat parties) create a lively atmosphere — but we respect quiet hours after 11pm so everyone can sleep well. The vibe is more "make friends over dinner" than "nightclub in the lobby."

Yes — we're popular with digital nomads and remote workers. We have 1Gb fibre internet with solid coverage in every room of the hostel. Our 2nd and 3rd floor lounges have dedicated workstations with standing desks, so you can settle in for a productive day. The neighbourhood is also full of great cafes for a change of scenery.

Yes! Sala Bar is our in-house bar, open to guests and visitors. We serve cocktails, Portuguese wines, craft beers, and snacks — all at the best prices you'll find downtown. It's also where many of our social events kick off, including the pub crawl.

Lisbon airport is about 30 minutes away by metro — take the red Aeroporto line and change at Alameda to the green line, getting off at Baixa-Chiado. From there, it's a 2-minute walk. A taxi or Uber/Bolt typically costs €10–15 and takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic.
