In 2005, four Portuguese friends came together to launch the first hostel in Lisbon.
From the beginning, the concept was simple: to give visitors a first-class Lisbon experience at budget prices. With help from friends and design specialists, the team combined their talents to create a unique home for art and traveling life, with an emphasis on comfort, style and quality services.
While Lisbon Lounge Hostel’s management has changed, it’s kept the focus and passion to the present day, providing a relaxed environment and memorable experiences in a premium location.

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed. First of all, it has a perfect location. Secondly, staff was very kind. Especially receptionist guy Miguel helped me a lot. (Thanks again mate) I stayed in the 4 beds room. Room was not small, breakfast was nice, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and the common areas were quite stylish. If I come to Lisbon again, definitely will think to stay here!
First of all, the staff is just lovely and so helpful. Likewise, we had access to coffee and tea at all time and breakfast was included every morning.The rooms felt clean and fresh, and were very spacious. The bathrooms were also very fresh to be a hostel shared by a lot of people. Me and my friend stayed in a shared 8-bed room and everyone that passed during our 5 nights were really kind. The entire hostel had a very friendly vibe. I highly recommend this hostel! I have no complaints at all.
Great stay at the Lisbon Lounge Hostel. Beautiful common spaces and large rooms and dorms. Comfy beds and nice white linen with duvets. Highly recommend this hostel.
